Welcome to my website.

From an early age I got interested in human suffering and the different approaches to heal the mind.

Throughout the years I engaged myself in several therapeutic processes of different theoretical orientations that helped me greatly. This inspired me to want to help others in the same way.

I was lucky to be formed and trained in both the US and France, by great psychologists like Dr. Daniel P. Brown (from Harvard Medical School), Dr. Carol George, Drs. Guédeney, and my current doctoral advisor Dr. Raphaële Miljkovitch, who introduced me to several psychotherapeutic approaches like CBT, mindfulness, hypnosis, attachment treatment, positive psychology, as well as several methods for psychological assessment.

Since the age of 17 I began rigorously studying and practicing meditation in both traditional and modern contexts, which allows me today to integrate this tool into psychotherapy.

I have a special interest and clinical experience in the treatment of trauma and attachment disorders, central topics in my current doctoral thesis, which inspired me to both publish and speak in conferences internationally.

I'm ready to welcome you with your problems connected with childhood trauma, your relational difficulties, your desire to better learn to cope and regulate emotion thanks to meditation, or any other situation in your life that seems difficult to you.

Warmly,
